Version: homezium.legal.hu.2026-09-27.v1. Hungary, effective 27 September 2026. These supplement /terms for an actually enabled advertising order with ADD INVEST Kft.; they do not activate a disabled product. Contact support@homezium.com.
An advertiser must be an adult authorised to bind the identified business or act on its own behalf. Provide accurate advertiser, payer and billing identity and evidence of required licences. An application, estimate or creative approval is not an order or delivery guarantee. A binding order requires the displayed product, scope, duration, budget, currency, tax and policy version, together with explicit confirmation and a verified receipt. No separate agency SaaS fee arises from an advertising account.
You authorise only the accepted budget and payment method. We do not silently increase a cap or roll an expired campaign into a new paid period. The order states any renewal and how to stop it. Unused budget, delivered service, cancellation and refund are resolved according to that order and mandatory rights, with original-tender accounting. Invalid traffic or disputed delivery can require investigation; we do not guarantee clicks, leads, bookings or revenue. Failed or uncertain provider delivery is not success and must be reconciled before a duplicate request.
You grant the limited content licence needed for authorised review and delivery and remain responsible for lawful claims, rights and destination pages. The Advertising Policy and restricted categories apply. Material edits require renewed review where relevant. We may suspend an affected campaign proportionately for a violation, legal duty, compromised account or exhausted budget, explaining the decision and remaining financial treatment. You may challenge it through support and applicable redress routes. Termination stops future delivery but preserves necessary order and accounting records. Privacy, audience and location permissions must remain valid independently of this commercial acceptance. Public Aurora/GeoPet delivery and live money remain off until separately authorised and technically activated.
