Public Aurora and GeoPet advertising are off until separately activated. Preparing a campaign, connecting an account or accepting these rules does not purchase delivery, activate an audience or prove publication. An available advertising product must identify placement, advertiser, paying entity where different, gross price or budget limit, duration, audience parameters, creative and cancellation conditions before explicit confirmation. No empty package or unavailable placement may be presented as successfully purchased.
Advertising must be clearly identifiable as sponsored and distinguishable from organic recommendations. The interface must disclose who advertises and explain the main targeting parameters. Location permission for a requested function does not authorise advertising use. Personalised delivery requires the applicable independent consent and current eligibility. We prohibit targeting based on sensitive personal categories and targeting minors. We do not permit advertisers to obtain a user's private preference profile, precise location history, identity documents or private messages through reporting. Reports should use necessary, appropriately aggregated metrics; an impression is not proof of a sale.
Creatives and destination pages must accurately describe the offer, supplier, material conditions, price and availability. No concealed recurring charge, false scarcity, fabricated endorsement, discriminatory housing restriction, impersonation, malware, unlawful tracking or circumvention of review is allowed. Advertisers must own or license content and respect the rights of depicted people. AI output must be checked and labelled where legally required. Our restricted/prohibited categories apply to both creative and destination; changing a destination after approval can trigger renewed review.
We may reject, pause or remove a campaign on documented legal, safety, entitlement, budget or policy grounds. We distinguish a moderation decision from payment settlement and explain available challenge routes. Report an ad through its report control or support@homezium.com with its reference and reason. Ask for human reconsideration if you disagree. Mandatory complaint and judicial rights remain available. A withdrawal of advertising consent stops future personalised eligibility; it does not silently activate another purpose. Product-specific receipts preserve the accepted version and delivery state.
