Homezium account holders, advertisers and people authorising delegated actions must be at least 18. Registration records an affirmative adult declaration with the exact terms version; it is not a claim of universal identity-document verification. Do not create an account on behalf of a child or bypass an age restriction. A child's participation in an appropriately offered family stay or experience is arranged by the responsible adult under the supplier's disclosed safety and age rules; it does not create a child account or advertising profile.
We prohibit advertising targeted at minors and processing sensitive categories for advertising. Do not upload children's identifying, location or intimate information without a lawful, necessary basis and appropriate protection. Report a suspected underage account or child-safety issue through support; urgent danger should be reported to emergency services. We assess the report, restrict unsafe access where necessary, and minimise or delete unlawfully held information while retaining only justified protective evidence. These rules do not authorise invasive age checks unrelated to a concrete need. A guardian may contact privacy@homezium.com about a child's data.
